Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Master Electro (Master Electro Ltd.)", UIC: 206593748, with registered office and address: Petrich, 32 Nikola Parapanov St., hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant", and the users of the online store. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and orders

Orders can be placed:

• as a guest
• via registration

When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse orders where there is doubt about the accuracy of the information provided.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT. The Merchant reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier companies within the territory of Bulgaria. The delivery time is usually between 1 and 20 business days.

5. Order cancellation

The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Complaints

In the event of a defective product, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the applicable legislation.

7. Liability

The Merchant is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.
